THE WEEKLY MEMO
August 14th —August 20th
Kids Seasonal Wardrobe Refresh — THE BUY: Fall-inspired for your littles 〰 It’s time to start shopping for your kids’ Fall/Winter clothes to ensure they are ready to enjoy the season. We shared our Fall Favorites for Kids.
Your Fall Style — Get Inspired 〰 It’s time to start thinking about what staples you want to refresh as we prepare for Fall and what new items you want to buy. I love Samantha’s Pre-Fall Wish List, and this article does a great job breaking down the fall trends/outfit ideas!!
Back to School — Make your donation 〰 Make sure you make your donation this week. Donating will fill you with joy and help communities that need our support. In case you missed it, here are the BEST BACK-TO-SCHOOL ESSENTIALS EVERY TEACHER + STUDENT ALWAYS NEED.
Gifting — 🎉 September presents + cards provisioning 〰 It’s time to task batch buying all your presents, cards, and stamps for the month! Look at your calendar and take note of all the September birthdays. Then, buy all the gifts + cards for the month. We are obsessed with Super Smalls for girls’ birthdays and Not-Another-Bill for the best gift for every occasion — from birthday to engagement to wedding to hostess gifts.
Labor Day — Write your packing list, buy anything you need & drop off dry cleaning 〰 This week, write your packing list for your Labor Day trip. Do you have anything you want/need for your trip? Buy anything you need. This week is also a great one to double-check the items you plan to bring and make sure they’re trip-ready — if anything needs dry cleaning, drop them off this week.
I hope these micro-tasks inspire you to take action, so you are on your way to creating unforgettable memories with the ones you love the most.
