THE WEEKLY MEMO
December 18th — December 24th
Christmas — Finish Wrapping Presents — Open a glass of wine, put on a great holiday movie, and wrap the rest of your presents. Knocking out a few gifts every night this week will make the whole experience more pleasant. We also always make sure to carve out time BEFORE Christmas Eve to assemble the big presents and then hide them away. I promise you’ll be so happy you broke up all the assembling, wrapping, etc., over a few nights. When you can relax on Christmas Eve, you’ll be happy with yourself!
Find the Fun — Buy Ingredients for Santa’s Cookies — Remember to add the ingredients you need for Santa’s Christmas cookies to your online or grocery order this week. Also, don’t forget carrots for the reindeer! We’ll be making these SALTY CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES.
Find the Fun — Buy a Holiday Theme Puzzle To Complete By The Fire — Make sure you have your holiday puzzle, board game, or card game on hand so you can enjoy completing it/playing during the quiet week between Christmas and New Year. HAVE YOURSELF A MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS
New Year’s Eve — Plan for a little extra special evening — Think about what you will wear to ring in 2023. I roundup of party-ready pieces perfect for any occasion, whether you are going to a big New Year’s Eve Party, just a small get-together with family or friends, or spending the evening at home with loved ones. Isn’t dressing up for the holidays one of the best parts? FESTIVE FINDS FOR NEW YEAR’S EVE. I also love these 15 FUN NEW YEAR’S EVE CRAFTS AND ACTIVITIES to make ringing in the New Year a little more festive for our kiddos.
This post is designed to take you from surviving to thriving for the week of July 31st!
