I’ve been spending less and less time on Instagram, partially because life has been really busy but also because I find myself needing the digital detox and finding more actual dopamine hits than just the IG variety. So, just like cleaning out our closets or homes, I went through a massive cleanup of my email and Instagram. I unsubscribed from all the emails I never read and unfollowed so many accounts — and let me tell you, it feels SO GOOD. Highly recommend!! In my MOOD, I also considered deleting Instagram altogether — go cold turkey; who needs this social media stuff anyway? But, honestly, I would miss it too much. It’s sort of like my magazine stack. It’s where I find inspiration, discover new brands, and enjoy flipping through for a few minutes a day — a mini-brain vacation. So, with that, I thought it would be fun to share the accounts I’m loving and feeling inspired by lately; I think you’ll love following them, too!
