Hi friends! I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend! Here is this week’s list with a few to-dos to consider adding to your personal to-do list to get organized and prepared for all the fun Winter memories WE GET TO MAKE!
Let’s make it a wonderful week, friends!
Thank you for your friendship and readership. Xx Meg
THE WEEKLY MEMO
November 27th — December 3rd
Plan a Graduation Celebration Trip — And so the adventure begins! Start to think about where you want to go with your 2023 graduate!
Give a Gift to Someone in Need — Find the cause you want to join this year and research how you can get involved. For example, we love donating to the children’s hospital or finding a local coat drive.
Winter Travel Plans — If you’re traveling for Christmas and New Year, finalize all your hotel reservations, schedule a pet/house sitter, finalize your itinerary, and reserve your table(s). For those thinking about going on a Winter Break Trip or traveling over the long weekend of Martin Luther King Jr Day — Narrow in on your plans and set your airfare price alerts.
Cyber Monday — Don’t miss the final day of great deals! If you missed it, be sure to stop by the blog and check out THE BEST CYBER WEEK SALES — ending soon!
Create Holiday Magic — These days, you need a reservation for everything, so think through what memories you want to create, plan the best date to go, and book your reservation(s) to ensure you get the day/time that works for your family. We’re thinking of Ice Skating and taking a PICTURE WITH SANTA.
Holiday Cards — Create Your Card List — Begin making a list of who you want to send your cards to and tally the numbers of cards you will need. MINTED makes it easy to gather all your addresses.
Holiday Giftings — How is your holiday shopping going? Check your list and continue to purchase your holiday gifts. While we like to keep all of our shopping going, this week, focus on ordering (if you haven’t already) your co-worker’s gifts since those exchanges often happen earlier. If you are traveling for the holidays, this week would be great to wrap up all your holiday shopping to ensure you can wrap and pack it all before leaving for your trip!
Purchase Wrapping Paper & Supplies for Homemade Gifts — Take stock of last year’s gift wrap and order what else you need this year. Overwhelmed with all the wrapping paper options? Here is WHERE TO FIND THE PRETTIEST WRAPPING PAPER.
I hope these micro-tasks inspire you to take action so you can create unforgettable memories with the ones you love the most.
Xx Meg
